2023/08/12 [Open Connectivity eXchange] Maintenance Postponement Notice​

Dear Customers,

Thank you for using Open Connectivity eXchange (hereinafter "OCX"). We have decided to postpone the maintenance of the OCX Portal Site (hereinafter "Portal") that was scheduled for today.

■ Reason for Postponement An unexpected situation occurred during the maintenance work.

■ About Portal Access URL Change As of today, there is no change to the Portal URL. Please continue to use the current URL (as notified in the email).

We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

■ About Maintenance Work [Date and Time] August 12, 2023 (Sat) 12:00 - 16:00 JST We will announce a new schedule at a later date.

[Impact] During the maintenance period, login to the Portal will not be possible. There will be no impact on your contracted resources due to this work. The work time may vary depending on the work status. Please be aware of this in advance.

■ About Portal Access URL Change After completion of this maintenance work, the Portal URL will be changed to the following. [New URL] ※ Notified to customers by email. [Old URL] ※ Notified to customers by email.

[Redirect Period] Until November 30, 2023 (Thu) After completion of this work, if you access the old URL, you will be redirected (forwarded) to the new URL. After the redirect period expires, access from the old URL will no longer be possible, so please be careful.

Customers who have registered the URL in browser bookmarks or favorites, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please update your registration to the new URL.
