Organization Information Overview

Organization Information contains the company details registered for OCX services.
View the registered information by clicking [Organization Information] in the left menu of the OCX Portal.
Additionally, you can modify the registered details by following the steps below.

Procedure for Updating Organization Information

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Settings] > [Organization Information] in the left navigation bar.
  3. The registered details will be displayed. Click the [Edit] button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  4. The following items can be modified. Re-enter only the items you wish to change, then click [Update].
    • Company Name
      • Enter the formal company name.
    • Company Name (Kana)
      • Enter the phonetic reading (Furigana) of the company name.
    • Department Name
      • Enter the department of the representative.
    • Phone Number
      • Enter the phone number of the representative's department.
    • Failure/Maintenance Contact
      • Enter the contact email address for failure and maintenance notifications. Only one email can be set; therefore, we recommend using a mailing list.
    • Postal Code
      • Enter in the format 000-0000.
    • Country
      • Enter the country where the company is located.
    • Prefecture
      • Enter the name of the prefecture/state.
    • City/Town/Village
      • Enter the name of the city, town, or village.
    • Address
      • Enter the street address/block number.
    • Building Name
      • Enter the building name and floor number if applicable.
    • Payment Method
      • Only "Invoice" can be selected as the payment method.
  5. A confirmation screen for the setting changes will appear. If there are no issues with the details, click [Update].
  6. The Organization Information page will be displayed. Confirm that the changes are reflected.
    Note: It may take approximately 24 hours for changes to the Failure/Maintenance Contact to take effect.

This completes the update of the organization information.

Notes

The following items cannot be changed:

  • ID
    • The Organization ID (Org ID) of the company.
  • Status
    • The status on the OCX Portal.
      Note: active indicates that the contract is currently valid.
  • Payment Method
    • Indicates the current payment method.
  • Contract Date
    • The date and time the OCX service contract was established.
  • Termination Date
    • The date and time the OCX service contract was terminated.
