Resource Operation History Overview

This feature shows your organization’s resource creation, update, and deletion history in the OCX Portal.
The log lists the date, time, and result (success or failure) for each operation.

When contacting support, include the Request ID and Resource ID from the relevant log to speed up assistance.

Viewing Conditions for Operation History

Note: Users with the viewer role cannot view the resource operation history.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before viewing the resource operation history:

  1. Your OCX Portal account is properly configured.
  2. Your User Role is set to either admin or user.

Procedure for Viewing Resource Operation History

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. From the left navigation bar, click [Settings] > [Resource Operation History].
  3. The Resource Operation History list page will be displayed. The display items are described in the table below.

Display Items

ItemDescription
User IDDisplays the ID of the user who performed the operation on the resource.
ResultDisplays one of the following based on the outcome:
・Operation completed successfully: success
・Operation failed: failure
・Process in progress: processing
Resource TypeDisplays the type of resource that was operated on.
Resource IDDisplays the ID of the resource that was operated on.
Operation TypeDisplays the specific action performed on the resource:
・Creating a resource: Create
・Updating resource settings: Update
・Decommissioning (deleting) a resource: Delete
・Connecting to a Virtual Circuit: Attach
・Disconnecting from a Virtual Circuit: Detach
Request IDDisplays a unique ID assigned by the OCX system for each resource operation.
Accepted TimeDisplays the date and time when the resource operation request was received.
Completed TimeDisplays the date and time when the resource operation was successfully completed.
If the operation failed or is still processing, a hyphen (-) is displayed.
