Disconnecting a Line

This page explains the procedure for disconnecting a line from a Tunnel Gateway using the OCX Portal.

Preparation​

Please confirm the following before disconnecting a line:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The status of the target Tunnel Gateway is either available or attached.

Procedure for Disconnecting a Line​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Tunnel Gateways] from the left navigation bar.
  3. On the Tunnel Gateways list page, click the relevant Tunnel Gateway resource.
  4. The details screen will appear at the bottom of the page. Switch to the [Connected Lines] tab.
  5. Once the list of connected lines is displayed, click [Disconnect] for the relevant line.
  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the ID and click the [Disconnect] button.
    To cancel the operation, click [Cancel].

This completes the line disconnection procedure.

Notes​

  • This function disconnects the line from the Tunnel Gateway only.
  • The line resource itself will not be deleted.
