DNAT IP Address Pricing Structure

When you add a DNAT IP address using the OCX Portal, usage fees will be incurred.
This page explains when DNAT IP address charges start and end, as well as how to check usage fees.

DNAT IP Address Fees and Start of Billing​

There are two types of charges for DNAT IP addresses:

  • A one-time Initial Fee
  • A recurring Monthly Fee

Initial Fee​

The initial fee is charged once after a DNAT IP address is added (purchased).
You will be billed and required to make payment in the month following the month that includes the billing start date.

Monthly Fee​

The day on which we approve the addition (purchase) of the DNAT IP address is defined as the billing start date.
The monthly fee is calculated by prorating the period from the billing start date to the end of that month on a daily basis, and summing the amounts.
Daily proration is calculated based on the number of calendar days in the month that includes the billing start date.

  • All times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • All listed prices are exclusive of tax.
  • The listed prices apply to customers contracted with BBIX Inc.

Termination of Billing for DNAT IP Address​

The billing end date for DNAT IP address usage fees is the date on which deletion of the DNAT IP address is completed (the point at which it disappears from the list in the OCX Portal).
If a DNAT IP address is deleted during the middle of a month, the monthly fee for that month will be prorated on a daily basis using the calendar days of that month.

Steps to Verify DNAT IP Address Usage Charges​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. From the left navigation bar, click [Settings] > [Billing Information].
  3. The billing list will be displayed. Click the billing month you want to review.
  4. A list of resources used in that month will be shown. Check the details where the resource type is DNAT IP Address (XaaS Connection).

Note: The billing amounts shown in the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to the invoice for the official billed amount.
