Decommissioning (Deleting) XaaS Connection (Cato SASE Cloud Platform) Resources

This page describes the procedure for decommissioning (deleting) Cato SASE Cloud Platform resources for XaaS Connection using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please check the following before decommissioning (deleting) a XaaS Connection resource:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The target XaaS Connection resource to be deleted is detached from the VC and its status is available.

Procedure for Decommissioning (Deleting) a XaaS Connection Resource

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.

  2. Click [XaaS Connections] from the left navigation bar.

  3. Once the [XaaS Connections] list page appears, click the Delete icon in the Operation column on the right side of the item you want to decommission (delete).

  4. A deletion confirmation popup will appear. Enter the name and click the [Delete] button.

    • To cancel the operation, click [Cancel].
  5. Confirm that the corresponding XaaS Connection resource has been deleted from the list.

    • If the resource status is deleting, the deletion process is in progress. It will take some time to be deleted, so please wait for a while.
    • You can refresh the status by clicking [Refresh] at the top right.

This completes the decommissioning (deletion) of the XaaS Connection resource.

Notes

Decommissioned (deleted) XaaS Connection resources cannot be restored.
