Manual Activation of NCV Connection

This page explains the procedure for manually activating an NCV Connection using the OCX Portal. By performing a manual activation, the NCV Connection becomes available without waiting 30 days from the creation date.

Preparation​

Please confirm the following before manually activating an NCV Connection:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The status of the NCV Connection is activating.
  3. The NCV Service activation has been completed.

Procedure for Manual Activation of NCV Connection​

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. From the left navigation bar, click [NCV Connection] under [Access Partner Connections].
  3. Click the Information icon in the Actions column on the right side of the target NCV Connection.
  4. On the NCV Connection details screen, review the content and click [Activate] at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Review the content of the [NCV Connection Manual Activation] pop-up and click [Activate]. ※To cancel the operation, click [Cancel].
  6. On the NCV Connection list page, confirm that the status of the manually activated NCV Connection has changed to available.

Notes​

When performing a manual activation, please perform the manual activation operation on the OCX Portal after the NCV Service activation has been completed. Billing begins from the date the manual activation is performed.
