Updating an NCV Connection

This page explains the procedure for updating an NCV Connection using the OCX Portal.

Notes on Speed (Bandwidth) Changes

When changing the speed (bandwidth) of an NCV Connection, please perform the bandwidth change operation on the OCX Portal after the NCV Service bandwidth change has been completed.

Please confirm the following before updating an NCV Connection:

  1. Your User Role is either admin or user.
  2. The status of the NCV Connection is activating, available, or attached.
  3. The NCV Service bandwidth upgrade has been completed.
