OCX Hikari Private Fees and Billing Start
Fees are incurred based on your usage of OCX Hikari Private. This page explains how fees are triggered for OCX Hikari Private and how to confirm them.
OCX Hikari Private Fees and Billing Commencement
Fees consist of Initial Fees, which are billed only once after the contract is established, and Monthly Fees, which are billed every month.
Initial Fees
Initial fees are billed once after the OCX Hikari Private contract is established. Billing and payment occur in the month following the month that includes the billing start date.

Monthly Fees
The billing start date is calculated as the 1st day of the month following whichever is later: the physical line provisioning date or the IPoE provisioning date.

Termination of Billing for OCX Hikari Private
The billing end date for OCX Hikari Private is the customer's requested termination date (*). Additionally, the resource will disappear from the list on the portal once the termination date has passed. The monthly fee for the month containing the billing end date will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the actual number of calendar days.
- The requested termination date can be any date between 6 business days and 90 days from the date the termination is requested.
- Termination requests can be canceled up to 6 business days before the termination date.
Precautions
Fees at the Time of Termination
- OCX Hikari Private has a minimum contract period from the billing start date until the end of the 24th month (counting the month after the billing start month as the 1st month). If you terminate the contract within this minimum period, you will be required to pay a contract termination fee equal to the monthly fee multiplied by the number of remaining months until the end of the minimum contract period in a lump sum.
- No construction fees are incurred at the time of termination, including cases involving on-site work.
- In the case of termination via a Service Provider Change (transfer to another provider), a fee of 3,000 yen per line will be charged as an authorization number issuance fee.
Costs Incurred at the Time of Cancellation
- If a request is canceled before completion, you will only be responsible for construction costs incurred up to the point the cancellation was declared or processed.
- OCX Support (support@ocx-cloud.net) will contact you via email regarding the cost burden after a cancellation request is accepted.

Steps to Verify OCX Hikari Private Usage Fees
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- To check billing amounts, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
- A billing list will be displayed. Click on the billing year and month you wish to review in detail.
- The resources used during that month will be listed. Check the line items where the resource type is OCX Hikari Private.
Note: Billing amounts listed on the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to your official invoice for the final billing amount.
