Canceling an OCX Hikari Private Application

This page explains how to cancel an application for OCX Hikari Private using the OCX Portal. Application cancellation refers to the process of canceling a service request after submission but before billing has commenced, in the event that the service is no longer required.

Before Starting the Cancellation Process

Please confirm the following before canceling your OCX Hikari Private application: Cancellation requests are accepted until 6 days prior to the billing start date.

How to Cancel an OCX Hikari Private Application

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, select OCX Hikari Private.
  4. Click the [Inquiry] button in the upper right corner.
  5. On the information entry screen, select [Application Cancellation / Termination] under [Inquiry Type]. Enter the name of the application you wish to cancel in the [Inquiry Details] field and click [Submit].
  6. A confirmation screen will appear. Please review the entered information.
  7. Confirm the cancellation details and click [Submit].
  8. Once the inquiry completion screen is displayed, click [Back to List] to return to the list page.

Remarks

Regarding Cancellation Processing

  • An application can be canceled only after the contract is established and before the billing start date. Once a cancellation is requested, it cannot be revoked.
  • If we (the company) cannot confirm the line provisioning within 180 days starting from the application date of OCX Hikari Private, we will process the cancellation automatically.
  • We will also process a cancellation if we determine that providing the service is difficult, or if IPoE provisioning has not been completed even after 60 days have passed since the physical line provisioning date.
