Data Pack Pricing Structure
Usage fees are incurred when purchasing a Data Pack via the OCX Portal.
This page explains the usage fees for Data Packs and Additional Data Packs, as well as how excess charges are generated and verified.
Data Pack Fees: Start and End of Billing
There is a [Monthly Fee] that is billed every month after purchase.
Monthly Fee
The billing start date is the day we (the company) accept the Data Pack purchase request.
The billed amount for the first month is calculated pro-rata from the start date until the end of that month. The available data communication capacity for that month is also calculated pro-rata.
Pro-rata calculations are based on the actual number of calendar days in the month containing the billing start date.

Benefits of Annual Contracts
Upon subscription to Data Pack (annual contract) 10TB, usage rights for 10,000 SIM cards per contract will be granted with no initial fees.
Termination Fees for Annual Contracts
Data Pack (annual contract) 10TB has a 12-month minimum contract period. This period runs from the billing start date until the end of the 12th month, counting the month following the start date as the first month. If canceled during this period, the monthly fees for the remaining months must be paid in a lump sum as a contract termination fee.
Termination of Billing
The billing end date for Data Pack usage fees is the day the decommissioning of the Data Pack is completed (at the point the resource disappears from the list on the portal).
If a Data Pack is decommissioned in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for the month containing the billing end date will not be pro-rated.
Additional Data Pack Fees
There is an [Initial Fee] which is a one-time charge incurred after purchasing a Data Pack.
Initial Fee
This fee is billed only once after the Data Pack purchase.
Billing and payment occur in the month following the month containing the billing start date.

Excess Charges
Excess charges apply to any "Excess Traffic" calculated by subtracting the total Data Pack capacity for the month from the total monthly communication volume.

Steps to Verify Data Pack Usage Fees
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- To check the billing amount, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
- A list of bills will be displayed. Click on the billing month/year you wish to check in detail.
- A list of utilized resources for that month will appear. Please check the line items where the resource type is Data Pack or Excess Traffic.
