Purchasing Data Pack

This page explains how to purchase a Data Pack using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before purchasing a Data Pack:

  • Your User Role is either admin or user.

Data Pack Purchase Procedure

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, click [Data Packs] under [OCX Mobile Access].
  4. Once the Data Packs page is displayed, click the [Purchase] button in the upper right corner.
  5. Enter or select the following items, then click the [Purchase] button.
    • Menu Name
      • Select the Data Pack you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu.
    • SIM Type
      • This appears only when "Data Allowance (annual contract) 10TB" is selected.
      • Select the type for the 10,000 SIM cards (granted with the initial fee waived) from the drop-down menu. To cancel the operation, click the [Cancel] button.
  6. A purchase confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details and the amount, then click the [Submit] button. To cancel the purchase, click the [Cancel] button.
  7. The purchased Data Pack will be displayed in the list. You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.

This completes the purchase of the Data Pack.
