Decommissioning (Deleting) a SIM

This page explains the procedure for decommissioning (deleting) a SIM using the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before decommissioning (deleting) a SIM:

  • Your User Role is either admin or user.

Remarks

A decommissioned (deleted) SIM cannot be re-registered.

Procedure for Decommissioning (Deleting) a SIM

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, click [SIMs].
  4. Click the Delete icon in the Actions column on the right side of the SIM resource you wish to decommission (delete).
  5. A deletion confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the ID and click [Delete].
    To cancel the operation, click [Cancel].
  6. Confirm that the relevant SIM resource has been removed from the list.
    You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.
