Decommissioning (Deletion) of a Tunnel Gateway
This page explains how to decommission (delete) a Tunnel Gateway using the OCX Portal.
Preparation
Please confirm the following before decommissioning (deleting) a Tunnel Gateway:
- Your User Role is either
adminoruser. - All Connected Lines associated with the target Tunnel Gateway have been completely deleted.
- The status of the target Tunnel Gateway is
available.
Procedure for Decommissioning (Deleting) a Tunnel Gateway
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- Click [Tunnel Gateways] from the left navigation bar.
- Once the [Tunnel Gateways] page appears, click the
Delete iconin the Actions column on the right side of the item you wish to decommission (delete). - A deletion confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the Name of the resource and click the [Delete] button.
To cancel the operation, click [Cancel]. - Confirm that the relevant Tunnel Gateway has been removed from the list.
Note: The status will change to deleting before it is fully removed. It may take some time for the process to complete. Tip: You can update the status by clicking the [Refresh] button in the upper right corner.
This completes the decommissioning (deletion) of the Tunnel Gateway.
Notes
- Decommissioned (deleted) Tunnel Gateways cannot be restored.
