SIM Pack Cancellation

This page explains how to cancel a SIM Pack purchased via the OCX Portal.

Preparation

Please confirm the following before canceling a SIM Pack:

  • Your User Role is either admin or user.

Procedure for Canceling a SIM Pack

  1. Log in to the OCX Portal.
  2. Click [Access Lines] from the left navigation bar.
  3. When the [Access Lines] sub-menu appears, click [SIM Packs] under [OCX Mobile Access].
  4. Once the [SIM Packs] page is displayed, click the Cancel icon in the Actions column on the right side of the SIM Pack row you wish to cancel.
  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Please review the details.
  6. If there are no issues, enter the SIM Pack ID in the input field and click the [Confirm] button.
  7. Verify that the status of the canceled SIM Pack has changed to Canceled.
    Note: You can update the status by clicking [Refresh] in the upper right corner.

This completes the cancellation of the SIM Pack.

Notes

  • Cancellation of a SIM Pack is only possible within 72 hours of purchase.
  • SIM Packs that have already undergone shipping operations cannot be canceled, even if it is within 72 hours of purchase.
  • Canceled SIM Packs cannot be restored.
