Virtual Mobile Gateway Pricing Structure
Usage fees are incurred when creating a Virtual Mobile Gateway via the OCX Portal.
This page explains how these fees are generated and how to verify them.
Virtual Mobile Gateway Fees: Start of Billing
When you create (purchase) a Virtual Mobile Gateway, there is an [Initial Fee] charged only once and a [Monthly Fee] billed every month.
Initial Fee
This is a one-time charge incurred after creating (purchasing) a Virtual Mobile Gateway.
It will be billed and paid in the month following the month containing the billing start date.

Monthly Fee
The billing start date is the day we (the company) accept the creation (purchase) of the Virtual Mobile Gateway.
The billed amount for the first month is calculated pro-rata from the start date until the end of that month.
Pro-rata calculations are based on the actual number of calendar days in the month containing the billing start date.

Termination of Billing for Virtual Mobile Gateway
The billing end date for Virtual Mobile Gateway usage fees is the day the decommissioning is completed (the point at which the resource disappears from the list on the OCX Portal).
If a Virtual Mobile Gateway is decommissioned in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for the month containing the billing end date will be calculated pro-rata based on the calendar days of that month.
Steps to Verify Virtual Mobile Gateway Usage Fees
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- To check the billing amount, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
- A list of bills will be displayed. Click on the billing month/year you wish to check in detail.
- A list of utilized resources for that month will appear. Please check the line items where the resource type is Mobile Access Virtual Mobile Gateway.
Note: The billing amounts shown on the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to the official invoice for the final billed amount.
