Obtaining Authorization Numbers

When applying for OCX Hikari Private, obtain an authorization number in advance if you are performing a "Transfer" (Ten-yo) or a "Service Provider Change" (Jigyosha-henko). This page explains how to obtain a Transfer Authorization Number and a Service Provider Change Authorization Number.

Transfer Authorization Numbers​

What is a Transfer Authorization Number?​

This is the procedural number required when transferring from FLET'S Hikari to "OCX Hikari Private." Please request the issuance of a Transfer Authorization Number from the dedicated NTT East / NTT West service counters (Web or Phone).

Regarding Expiration​

  • The validity period of an obtained Transfer Authorization Number is 15 days.
  • Please apply for the transfer to "OCX Hikari Private" with plenty of time remaining before the expiration.
  • If the expiration date passes, we may ask you to re-acquire the number.

How to Obtain a Transfer Authorization Number​

Service Provider Change Authorization Numbers​

What is a Service Provider Change Authorization Number?​

This is the procedural number required when switching from another company's Hikari Collaboration service to "OCX Hikari Private." Please request the issuance of a Service Provider Change Authorization Number from your current Hikari Collaboration provider.

Regarding Expiration​

  • The validity period of an obtained Service Provider Change Authorization Number is 15 days.
  • Please apply for the service provider change to "OCX Hikari Private" with plenty of time remaining before the expiration.
  • If the expiration date passes, we may ask you to re-acquire the number.

How to Obtain a Service Provider Change Authorization Number​

Request the issuance of a "Service Provider Change Authorization Number" from your currently contracted Hikari Collaboration provider. For details on the procedure, please check the official website or contact the customer support of your current Hikari Collaboration provider.

Format of Authorization Numbers​

Transfer Authorization Number Format​

  • NTT East: 11-digit alphanumeric starting with "E"
  • NTT West: 11-digit alphanumeric starting with "W"

Service Provider Change Authorization Number Format​

  • General Format: 11-digit alphanumeric starting with "T" or "F"

Notes​

  1. Caution During Application

    • Please enter the authorization number accurately when applying through the OCX Portal.
    • If there is an error in the number, the application may not be processed correctly.

  2. Regarding Re-acquisition

    • If the validity period expires, please obtain the authorization number again.
    • Re-acquisition may take time, so please apply with a sufficient time margin.
