SIM Option Features Pricing Structure
Usage fees are incurred when adding SIM option features via the OCX Portal.
This page explains how these fees are generated and how to verify them.
SIM Option Feature Fees and Start of Billing
SIM option features are subject to a [Monthly Fee].
Monthly Fee
The billing start date is the day we (the company) accept the request to add the SIM option feature.
If you start using a SIM option feature in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for that month will not be pro-rated.

Remarks
- All time references are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
- All listed prices exclude tax.
- The prices listed apply to customers who have entered into a contract with
BBIX, Inc. - If a request to start and cancel the same feature on the same SIM is made multiple times within a single month, it will be treated as one contract (one billing unit) for billing purposes.
Termination of Billing for SIM Option Features
The billing end date for SIM option feature usage fees is the day the decommissioning of each feature is completed (when each feature is disabled on the Option Settings change screen of the OCX Portal).
If a SIM option feature is decommissioned in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for the month containing the billing end date will not be pro-rated.
Steps to Verify SIM Option Feature Usage Fees
- Log in to the OCX Portal.
- To check the billing amount, click [Settings] > [Billing Information] from the left navigation bar.
- A list of bills will be displayed. Click on the billing month/year you wish to check in detail.
- A list of utilized resources for that month will appear. Please check the line items for the following resource types:
- Mobile Access SIM Traffic Monitoring MRC
- Mobile Access SIM Bandwidth Control MRC
- Mobile Access SIM IMEI Lock MRC
Note: The billing amounts shown on the OCX Portal are estimates. Please refer to the official invoice for the final billed amount.
